Ya boy fucked up. Was meant to post this yesterday, 50 days and that. #Landmarks. Anyways I been outchea for a while now. Been here for a 1/6 of my total time. Kinda flying by. I’m definitely getting the feels for some stuff back home you know. So this is basically everything I miss.
Cooking for myself. Don’t get me wrong the food outchea is iteeee. But I just wanna cook for myself ya feel? Like I have a kettle and that’s it. My cooking isn’t unreal but best believe I can cook still. I just wanna cook some chicken and rice and then cover it in Nandos extra cheeky sauce. A boy can but dream. #AMIRITE
Tap water. Water still comes outta taps here but you don’t wanna be drinking that stuff. I took tap water for granted. UR MOST DEFINITELY THA REAL MVP. I don’t even mind going to the supermarket to buy bottled water its just I’ve been caught slipping a few times. Waking up hungover with no water. That’s pure pain.
Personal space. This is just a cultural difference but personal space doesn’t really exist in China. I’m normally not fazed by it but every now and then it gets to me. Like bruh when I’m queuing for food in the canteen I don’t need to feel your breath on my neck. Fall back fam.
London air. Lol imagine a time where I’m longing for the most polluted air in Europe. I know right. Yeah, clean air is such a blessing. Swear down on the days where the air quality is good first thing I do when I get outside is actually take the breath of dreams. Clean air get in my lungs pls.

Selly Oak and Birmingham. I love you man. Selly its been way too long man. 43 Hubert road the house of dreams. I need Dixy’s chicken in my life. I need everything in Selly in my life. I miss u so much. I could probably write a thesis on what and why I miss Birmingham. Shout out the 0121 mandem. Its all love.
Birmingham Lions #SHOCK. I miss everything about the Lions man, even classroom and preseason you know. I miss playing American football way too much. The boys obvz. Sports night – FOMO every single week. I miss the contact too – best believe I nearly put a kid in a body bag playing basketball the other day. (Ball is LIFE btw)
